CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION AND COMMISSIONING

Our role is critical in translating design into built safety, overseeing quality, compliance, an് performance at every stage.
With deep regulatory expertise and practical on-site experience, our consultants work alongside contractors, project managers, and stakeholders to verify installations, witness system tests, and ensure readiness for final authority approvals. From shop drawing reviews to authority coordination, we support smooth project delivery and code-compliant handovers.
SHOP DRAWING & PEER REVIEW
- Review fire protection system submittals (alarm, suppression, lighting, smokecontrol, egress) for code compliance
- Provide peer reviews for alternate orvalue-engineered design proposals.
SITE INSPECTION & TESTING
- Supervise installation of fire-ratedconstruction and active systems
- Perform spot checks and supportintegrated testing during construction
PASSIVE FIRE PROTECTION
- Evaluate various fire-rated assemblies, firestopping, doors, and finishes for conformity
- Conduct site inspections and mark-ups to verify installation compliance
TESTING & COMMISSIONING
- Witness cause-and-effect and systemintegration testing
- Confirm operational readiness for CivilDefence inspection and handover
FACADE FIRE SAFETY
- Supervise installation of fire-rated construction and active systems
- Perform spot checks and support integrated testing during construction
AUTHORITY LIASON
- Issue condition statements andcompliance reports for authorityapprovals
- Liaise with Civil Defence and clarifytechnical submissions as needed
