SCOPE OF WORK : SILFire played a key role in the project by validating the concept design and advancing it through schematic and detailed design stages. This involved detailed technical reviews of architectural drawings and documents, along with coordination workshops to ensure design integration. Value engineering was conducted with the architects to optimize the design and control costs. This world-class facility is being developed to host major international sporting events, including the 2027 Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Cup and the 2034 FIFA World Cup. The project aims to set new standards in sports infrastructure in the region, combining cutting-edge design with state-of-the-art amenities to support the Kingdom’s vision for global sporting excellence.

SCOPE OF WORK : SILFire was responsible for the comprehensive review of active fire protection systems, ensuring full compliance with international standards and the Saudi Building Code (SBC). The scope included verifying the design and layout of systems such as fire sprinklers, fire pumps, hydrants, and alarms to ensure safety, functionality, and regulatory adherence throughout the facility.

WAREHOUSE AT DIEZ

This project involved the modification of an existing warehouse to accommodate the storage of pharmaceutical raw materials. Originally a non-air-conditioned space, the warehouse was upgraded with a new air conditioning system, cold storage, and racking systems. A suspended ceiling was also introduced as part of the retrofit, which required reconfiguration of the fire protection systems, including additional sprinkler heads and fire alarm devices.

SCOPE OF WORK : SILFire was appointed to conduct a comprehensive fire and life safety review in line with the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code, with references to NFPA standards. The scope included the evaluation of architectural and MEP modifications, preparation of revised fire and life safety drawings, and review of fire fighting, fire alarm, and emergency lighting systems. SILFire ensured that all changes met Dubai Civil Defense requirements and supported the safe conversion of the warehouse into a compliant pharmaceutical storage facility.
